We manufacture and supply industrial and commercial machines, including food processing machines. Product images, descriptions, specifications, categories, availability, and other information are provided for general guidance and may change without prior notice.
Actual machine design, capacity, accessories, pricing, delivery timelines, warranty, and technical details may vary based on model, customization, stock, location, and final quotation.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a mobile number, message, product enquiry, or quote request does not create a confirmed order. Our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or app notification to understand requirements and share relevant details.
A quotation is valid only for the period, items, terms, tax, delivery, and payment conditions mentioned in the quotation or official communication from Kromis Machine.
Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed only after acceptance by Kromis Machine and completion of required payment or advance payment terms. We may refuse or cancel an order if details are incomplete, payment is not received, product is unavailable, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

Where customer login or mobile app access is provided, you are responsible for keeping your mobile number, OTP, device, and account access secure. Do not share OTPs or account access with unauthorized persons.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security risk, incorrect information, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse our website, apps, forms, APIs, admin systems, or communication channels. This includes unauthorized access, scraping, spamming, submitting false information, attempting to disrupt services, or using our content without permission.
All logos, product content, images, text, designs, software, and brand material are owned by or licensed to Kromis Machine and may not be copied or reused without permission.
